Unique

I strive to create a unique learning atmosphere for each pupil. Lessons are intended to be a collaborative effort between you and myself, taking in to account each person’s preferences and needs.

Trial Lesson

In the trial lesson we can get acquainted, discuss your goals and expectations and you will get an impression of the lesson location and my way of teaching. We discuss the duration and frequency of your lessons and the flexibility of the lesson cards.

Location

I teach the lessons at my studio in Rotterdam. Enjoy playing my excellent Grand piano!

Beginners

Join my beginners piano lessons to master the basics of the piano. Playful tuition materials. You will cover fundamental technique and learn to play and read simple pieces on the piano.

Duets and Solos

During these practical beginner lessons, you'll play both duets and easy solo pieces. My adult piano classes are a fantastically entertaining way to learn a new instrument in a creative environment.

Advanced 

We have wonderful etudes and  piano repertoire for you to discover. Personalised exercises help you increase your agility and dexterity. With attention to posture and relaxation, your sound will improve! This will benefit directly to your expression and transfer of your musical ideas! Musicality and Technique

Develop your musical, interpretative and technical skills whilst working on a wide variety of styles, including: baroque, classicism, romanticism, impressionism, modern, classical south american and contemporary repertoires. Learn the exercises and approaches to practicing that can be traced back to the great masters of the piano. 

About Luís Rabello

Rabello is a concert pianist with an international career both as a soloist and as a chamber music musician. Last season he performed at concert venues in Germany, Switzerland, Portugal, Spain, Italy and Brazil. In the Netherlands he has played solo recitals in important venues as De Doelen, Rotterdam and recently he performed his debut concert at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. As a teacher of piano technique and classical music at CODARTS - the Rotterdam Conservatory, Rabello also has winners of national (Prinses Christina Concours) and International piano competitions among his private students.

CD

In 2014 Rabello released his first CD dedicated to the Brazilian composer Radamés Gnattali. His second CD, dedicated to Beethoven's music, will be released soon. 
Luís Rabello studied in his native land Brazil, with alumni of Arturo Benedetti-Michelangeli and Stefan Askenaze. He further developed his musical skills at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow and at the Codarts Rotterdam Conservatory, where he obtained his Masters degree with a 10 summa cumme laude. 

Chamber Music

In addition to the above mentionned classes, Luís also offers coaching for duos, trios or any other chamer music formation.
