Ciao! I'm Michele Pazzini, Italian drummer and experienced teacher in The Hague. My lessons offer a wide range of music styles from Rock, Folk, Pop, to Jazz, Funk and Latin.

Want to learn drumming in a couple of lessons? Hm...I play the drum-set since I was 7 years old and...all experienced drummers know: It is a daily workout! But what all drummers have in common: drumming gives lots of fun and energy and we love it!

Drum Lessons - Beginners

Learn how to play drums with easy-to-follow beginner drum lessons. You will learn a relaxed posture, beginner drum beats, basic drum fills, and basic drum grooves. You will be playing a full drum kit on your first lesson and learn a basic pattern! Want to try? Sign up for a trial lesson!

Intermediate -Advanced Drummers

Intermediate or advanced player, you definitely will play your favourite music, drummers and styles. Learn new grooves, more about structures and get a better understanding of the music you play. Learn to play more interesting solos! We may focus on improving your technique, drum notation, brushes, relaxed posture and coordination. You will have fun in accompanying songs and to be able to guide your own band.

Lesson Packs Drumming

The lessons are one-to-one and last 30 minutes to one hour. They can take place on different days during the week. I teach in English, Italian and Dutch. With the  5 or 10 lesson package you will have flexibility.

Drum Lessons at Your Home

My drum studio is located in The Hague center. Easy to reach by car or OV. The drum lessons can also be given at your home, if preferred. Make sure you have a drum kit available in da house!

Online Sessions

I also offer fun, comprehensive and well motivating online drum lessons for beginners, intermediate and advanced players. Live feedback and clear instructions.

About Michele Pazzini

Born in the Republic of San Marino, in 1991, Michele Pazzini started playing drums and piano at the age of seven years old. All-round drummer and teacher, Michele is specialised in Jazz drums but he feels comfortable in all styles! With great enthusiasm and pleasure he has been teaching young and old for years!

Education

In May 2020 he obtained his Master Jazz Drums at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague as a student of Eric Ineke, Felix Schlarmann and Stefan Kruger. He previously graduated from the bachelor of jazz drums always at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague. In May 2015 he obtained a Master Jazz Drums at the G.B. Martini's Conservatory in Bologna, Italy, as a student of Tomaso Lama, Giampaolo Ascolese and Stefano Paolini. He also took private lessons from Walter Calloni in Milano. Michele lives in The Hague since 2016. From September 2020 he will follow a new Bachelor studies in Music in Education at the Conservatory of Rotterdam.

Artist

Drummer Michele performs in various projects in the Netherlands and abroad. In addition to drumming, he has always had a strong passion for composing and in 2018 he formed his own quartet with the aim of performing his compositions. The quartet consists of talented musicians who also studied at the Royal Conservatory. Michele's music is considered as modern Jazz.
