Learning to play guitar should be a fun experience that's more about the journey than the destination. Even the best guitar players find new ways to express themselves and experiment with new techniques.

Beginners

Maybe the best ways to learn guitar is to start slowly and learn the style you love to play. With me you can explore from pop to classical music, from jazz to rock and country. Fun in music comes first!

First Lessons

One of the first things you'll learn is where to place your fingers on the fretboard, to be sure that the notes clearly ring out. You'll learn chords, tabs and to read music. When you practise focussed and frequently, you'll find yourself playing your first tunes on the guitar in no time!

More experienced

More advanced guitar player and facing particular technical problems? Have you played before and has the time come to take it back up again? Seeking ways to develop a deeper understanding of music theory and composition?

What can you expect?

My lessons offer technical studies, scales, chords, playing with a plectrum, fingerstyle, strumming, dynamics, tabs or notation, improvisation, solos, comping, as well as expanding your musicality with performance pieces and /or songs suited to your current level and interests. With exercises for your left hand you will learn how to make fluid transitions and also how to grab chords in a proper way.

Ukulele

If you dreamed to learn to play ukulele, seeking ways to accompany yourself, in an easy and fun way, while singing your favourite songs: let's get started with the Uke!

My studio is located in Rotterdam Coolhaven, welcome!

Do you have a busy job or no time for practising every week? With the lesson card you have flexibility and you will never forfeit a lesson.

About Me

I'm an Italian guitarist, living in Rotterdam. After leaving for the Netherlands as an exchange student, I graduated in 2013 from Codarts in Jazz Guitar. After that I obtained the Master in Jazz Guitar in 2016. I have been active as a session musician, composer and music teacher for over 12 years. I was the leader of the trio “Fish Country” and performed in the Dick De Graaf New Quartet, Anna Carol, ROEST, Kika Sprangers, Jo Goes Hunting and many more bands.
