Hi! Great to see you here, looking for singing lessons! I’m Lucie, a classically trained singer, and I use classical technique as the foundation for my teaching. My lessons are available in classical, (classical) musical theatre, opera, contemporary music, and chanson. I teach both teenagers and adults.

Singing for Beginners and Advanced Singers

Whether you want to sing classical or pop, whether you're just starting out or already have experience, healthy vocal technique is the key to a lifetime of joyful music-making. I tailor my lessons to what your voice needs, using personalized exercises and focused guidance to help you discover your unique sound, expand your range, and develop vocal strength. And all of this while singing the music you love!

Warming Up

Every lesson includes a proper warm-up, tailored to your voice and what it needs that day. We also focus on posture and breathing techniques.

Public Speaking & Voice Coaching

Do you often speak in front of large groups? Want to present with confidence and clarity? I offer training—including speech therapy-based exercises—to help you develop a strong, well-projected voice. With targeted coaching and practical tools, you’ll learn how to keep your voice in top condition. Whether you're giving presentations, speaking in public, or refining your communication skills, I’ll help you make your message clear and impactful.

• At-home lessons may be possible in the areas of De Jumbo, Lieve Vrouweplein, De Watertoren, Piushaven, Bredaseweg, Kromhoutpark, and Korvelseweg (depending on availability and location).

Flexibility

With my lesson package system, we can schedule lessons flexibly, so we’ll always find a time that works for you! Online lessons are a great alternative when in-person sessions aren’t possible.

About Me

I’ve been passionate about theater since childhood and soon after discovered my love for singing. At 17, I fell in love with classical music, which led me to pursue it professionally. I studied at the Dutch National Opera Academy in Amsterdam and the Conservatory of Tilburg. Since graduating, I have worked as a freelance soloist, performing with Opera Zuid, Dutch National Opera, Opera2Day, and the Dutch Touring Opera.
