Ciao! I am Elia Celegato. Italian clarinetist and music teacher. I give clarinet lessons in The Hague and  in Utrecht. Passion for making music and teaching is central to my existence! The personal approach in my lessons ensures that each lesson is tailored to your individual needs, ambitions and goals.

Clarinet Lessons at Your Home

I teach in The Hague and I am available in Utrecht on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but I am open to other appointments if that would work better for you.

The lessons can be given in Italian or English.

About Me

I am Elia Celegato, born in Padua, Italy. My musical journey began at the Conservatorio of Padua "Cesare Pollini" under the mentorship of Stefano Righetto and Luca Lucchetta. After my education in Italia, I went to study in the Netherlands and obtained a master's degree in Historical Clarinet at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague under the guidance of Eric Hoeprich.
In 2023, I completed my master's degree in "Musicology: Recherche et Pratiques d'Ensemble" at the University of Poitiers/Tours in collaboration with the Orchestra of the Abbaye aux Dames in Saintes, France.
My interpretations of classical and romantic works, using original historical instruments, do not go unnoticed. I regularly work as principal clarinetist and substitute for the Harmoniemusik of the Das Neue Mannheimer Orchestra. My contributions to the recording industry include the premiere recording of JC Bach's opera aria, released by Etcetera Records.
