Piano Lessons to Beginners

Together we will set the first step into the world of piano. You will learn to read music, a solid technical basis and discover step by step the possibilities of the instrument! Starting always from the piano, I’ll also introduce you to some music theory and history of music!

Music for 4 Hands

Let’s enjoy some easy but progressive ’quatre mains’ and play wonderful pieces for 4 hands. Many songs, pieces and arrangements by famous composers to discover!

Piano Lessons to Advanced

Playing your favourite music means fun and motivation! Classical to modern piano music. Bring your favourite sonatas and we will talk about the music performance and musical ideas. We will work on technique, relaxed posture, sound, coordination and interpretation, I use modern methods and techniques, always adapted to your goals.

Singing and playing!

Want to learn accompany yourself at the piano while singing? I'll teach you singing and playing the piano at the same time!

Improvise!

Have you ever thought that by playing piano you can also create your own piece of music? Together we will focus on improvisation and find many ways to express yourself through the piano.

About Katerina

I come from Greece, from the beautiful island of Crete. I started my music studies at the age of ten. I have my bachelor’s degree from the Musical Department of the Ionian University and continue my studies in the Conservatory of Amsterdam. Next to the Athina Fytika I got in touch with the pedagogy of piano and learn new methods of teaching. I think teaching music is very creative and both the teacher and the student always gain a lot!
