Hello! My name is Thomas Beltsios. I'm a versatile musician and dedicated guitar teacher in Amsterdam West. I graduated from the Conservatory of Amsterdam. I have years of teaching experience, both at music schools and privately with students of all ages.

About me

My first fascinating musical experience was at a young age when my father put on a Frank Zappa record that astonished and excited me about the expressive power of music.

How did it all begin?

 At some point, I picked up the family guitar and began trying to understand how it worked. At 13, I took private lessons in acoustic and electric guitar and studied classical guitar for a few years at the Ionian Conservatory.

Study

After completing my Audiovisual Arts studies at the Ionian University, my unquenchable passion for music led me to graduate from the Conservatory of Amsterdam, where I specialized in jazz guitar.

My Teachers?

I had the opportunity to study with renowned teachers such as Jesse van Ruller, Reinier Bass, Peter Bernstein, and Martijn van Iterson. My experience at the conservatory opened a whole new world of possibilities that come with improvising and researching original music. It only fueled my passion further.

Creative Projects

I have been involved in various creative projects, such as leading my own bands, composing and performing music for theater, and creating music for children's storytelling performances.
