Looking for a motivated and patient piano teacher in Amsterdam Noord for your child or for yourself? My name is Kamelia Tomova, music is one of my great passions and I live and give piano lessons in Amsterdam Noord (Tuindorp Oostzaan), not far from NDSM .
Piano Lessons Children
With easy tunes, clapping, singing and musical games, your child will discover the magic of the piano. Your child will learn to read sheet music and the basics of piano playing, quickly and in a playful way. I advise to take piano lessons from 6 years old. Has your child been playing for a while and are you looking for a new teacher? Welcome to schedule a trial lesson!
Beginners - Adults
If you're eager to start playing the piano but have no experience whatsoever and no musical background beyond listening to beautiful music, it can sometimes be a big step to start lessons. I understand that, and it's absolutely no problem!
What can you expect?
During your piano lessons you will learn how to name all the notes on the keyboard, to read piano music, a correct finger placement, hand and sitting positions, scales, key signatures and you will enjoy a wide variation of musical pieces, basic music theory and musical terminology. Fun in music comes first!
More advanced
Perhaps you've been playing for a while and want to brush up on your technique? Looking to pick up the thread again after a long break and start lessons again? With beautiful etudes, focused instructions, clear explanations, and new repertoire, you'll definitely be motivated to play regularly and with enjoyment!

We will get to know each other during the trial lesson, you will get an impression of the lesson location and I would like to hear you play. This will give you an impression of my way of teaching. I look forward to meeting you!
About Me
I graduated from Sofia University, Bulgaria (as a music and piano teacher). I have been performing and teaching piano in Bulgaria, China and Hong Kong for more than 15 years. During those years I've developed my own techniques and style of teaching, combining fun, patience, understanding and experimenting with different approach, tailored to the character and goals of each student.
