Singing together is wonderful!
The Klassieke Koor Den Haag is a mixed adult classical choir with 20 to 25 singers. For a number of years, the choir has been under the enthusiastic and skilful direction of Ronald Dijkstra. As a singer and singing teacher, Ronald takes the choir to a higher level by giving specific instruction on how to use the voice, which improves both the quality and the joy of singing.
Vocal Technique and Music
Besides vocal technique, much attention is paid to the musical aspects, interpreting, hearing and understanding the structure of the pieces.
Join without auditioning!
There are no auditions, in principle anyone can join in. The repertoire covers almost all periods of music history and includes both religious and secular music. The choir gives a small concert twice a year.
When and where?
Rehearsals are held in the Oud Katholieke Kerk at the Juffrouw Idastraat - Den Haag from 19.00 to 21.00 on Tuesdays.
