Piano Lessons for Children
In a playful way, with classical and popular songs and exercises, your child will learn a good basic technique on the piano. We develop musical ear, sense of rhythm and musicality. Your child learns to read music. We make music together in class, with pieces for 4 hands. Fun in music is paramount!
Beginners - Adults
When you are completely new to the piano, or music in general, my lessons offer a good and systematic methodology to learn the basics of music and piano. You will develop your technique on the piano with well-known classical and modern piano pieces and targeted exercises. After a while we may start with improvisation if you want to play styles other than classical. Ear training, basic knowledge of music theory, key signatures and scales and reading notes are part of it. And of course we also play 4 hands on the piano!
Intermediate - Advanced - Jazz, Pop, Film Music
To play jazz, pop and other styles, it is useful to have knowledge about chords and also are able to read sheet music. It gives you a solid basis if want to improvise captivating solos and be able to comp reliably.
What?
My lessons provide relevant information about chords, music theory and analysis. Of course always applied to the style you play. As Jazz basics we'll be using the Real Book, and depending on your taste, we'll be using transcription books of other Jazz Players. How about your own music?

About Me
I started playing the piano at the age of three and composed my first piano song at the age of sixteen. As a pianist, I am familiar with many styles and perform regularly. Since I was 18, I have also conducted small ensembles and created my own multidisciplinary projects with a mix of music, theater and other arts. By sharing my love for music, I ensure that the message gets across, regardless of the level of the participants. My focus is mainly on playing together, being musically active and having fun!
Discover your personal voice
Every student has their own rhythm, their own curiosity, and their own way of connecting with music. As a teacher, I listen, adapt, and walk alongside them--whether we're deepening a beloved piece, exploring new styles, or discovering a personal voice through the piano.
Spark!
There's no fixed formula. We follow what sparks inspiration--sometimes it's a classical composer, other times film music, jazz, or something we create ourselves. Each lesson is a conversation, a shared space where learning happens through trust, exploration, and joy. More than anything, I hope music can feel like home.
