Music Theory in Amsterdam Jazz - Pop - Songwriter 

I am an all-round pianist and piano teacher Christian Doepke. In addition to piano lessons, I give fascinating and practical lessons in arranging, composing and music theory in my studio in Amsterdam Oud West. 

Theory - Analysis - Solfege

Enjoy private music theory lessons and  learn more about melodic and rhythmic structures, harmony and chords. You can delve into ear training, rhythm and increase your knowledge and understanding of keys and the circle of fifths.

Important if you want to be able to improvise well, produce or compose your own music. Recommended if you want to prepare for pop/jazz music entrance exam at the conservatory.

In recent years, besides my performances as a pianist and piano teacher, I have made many arrangements for pop bands, song writers, jazz ensembles and close harmony vocal groups.

My Studio in Amsterdam

I give the Music Theory lessons and piano lessons at my private studio In Amsterdam Oud West. Occasionally lessons can be arranged to be at your home in Amsterdam West -South - Center.
