Aurel is a very knowledgeable teacher, which allows him to adjust his teaching style according to his students' needs and wishes. I found this to be very important because I love to discover and learn things my own way. Aurel is a great help in sparkling interest through encouraging discovery though correcting mistakes and directing learning process. One year with him I feel that I am looking forward to having our lessons. She also takes the time to explain broader concepts, like how diaphragmatic breathing works, which helped me a lot in understanding how to use my voice more effectively. - Aneza

Ik ben een niet zo reguliere leerling denk ik, 69 jaar oud, gepensioneerd, sinds 3 jaar aan het saxen. Ik speelde al viool, piano en gitaar, klassiek maar ook in een band, dus er was wel een muzikale basis. Ik heb nu anderhalf jaar les van Andrea en ik ben zeer tevreden. Om te beginnen is het een sympathieke man, met gevoel voor humor, geduldig, straalt rust uit. Hij komt uit Italië maar spreekt goed Engels, communicatie prima. Ik heb eens in de 2 a 3 weken les, 3 kwartier. De opbouw van zijn lessen is van zuur naar zoet, eerst een vervelende etude, dan nummertje uit jazzboek en dan improviseren op basis van een 'standard'. Hij neemt alle tijd hobbeltjes en foutjes te bespreken, en geeft adequate adviezen om er thuis verder aan te werken. Het improviseren is een feestje, dan doet hij mee en wisselen we elkaar af. Ik stap na de les altijd helemaal blij in de auto. Hij speelt in een combo, maakt zelf composities en dat merk je. Het is heel inspirerend om hem af en toe aan het werk te zien op het podium. Rob G

Ben zeer tevreden over de lessen! Ze zijn afwisselend en leerzaam. Vanaf januari heb ik iedere week een half uur les gehad. Hoewel ik niet meer de jongste ben, heb ik aardig wat bijgeleerd!!!
